PROCESS-ONLINE VERSION
- Requires High Speed Internet Service
- Mail in registration form and payment to MAA address
- Receive 250 page manual and hyperlink for first module
- Complete watching module one, at your convenience, then take module 1 quiz on line. Submit score via email in order to receive the go ahead and necessary hyperlink to begin the next module. Repeat process though the 8 modules.
- Upon successful completion of all 8 modules you will be sent a framed Certificate of Completion for display in your retail space.
PROCESS-DVD VERSION
- Requires DVD player and television
- Mail in registration form and payment to MAA address
- Receive 250 page manual and 2 DVD’s covering modules 1-8
- Watch the DVDs and study the manual at your convenience
- Take 60 question test covering Modules 1-8 at the Michigan Apple office in DeWitt.
