The Michigan Apple Association (MAA) was founded in 2005 to represent the Michigan Apple industry. The MAA fulfills responsibilities that other groups are unable to address. The goal of the organization is to keep growers and industry members up to date through education, training and certification; as well as serving as the government and legislative voice of the industry.

Purpose

The MAA provides services and functions to benefit the industry. This includes, though is not limited to, grant procurement, governmental and legislative relations, grower education, certification services, and specialized training.
